Nicole
This journey into Early Childhood began in 1997 where, fresh from completing my HSC, I started as a trainee at another local centre. Early childhood education has always been my passion, and the fact that my staff have remained on board with me since the establishment of The Frogs Lodge in 2007 is a true testament to our commitment to the early years. I love when I hear relieved parents comment on how important consistent educators are - you will not see a 'revolving door' of educators here at The Frogs Lodge. What you will see are mature, dedicated and trained staff who are here to help the transition for your child and family run as smooth as possible.
Grace
I have worked in Early Childhood and with children ranging from small babies to school aged children over the course of 30 years. I have been a part of this team for eleven years, and during this time I have worked predominately with the Tadpoles group(0-3 years). I enjoy working with families and facilitating learning opportunities with various community resources and support services.
I feel very privileged to be a part of such a warm and caring work place, and love that we maintain close friendships with the families who have attended over the past eleven years.
FRANCESCA
I have been an educator in the 3 to 5’s room at the Frogs Lodge for eleven years. The preschool age is such a precious stage in a Childs life and I’m so grateful to be a part of encouraging and moulding independent children. I love that we are a small family here and have built life long friendships with both staff and parents.
ATHENA
I have completed my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and care. I have been working here at the centre for eight years, starting off as the cook and progressing into the classrooms. I enjoy working at the centre because it gives me great pleasure to help the children grow and learn. It is rewarding to see the children develop their own personalities and make friendships with their peers at the centre.
BILJANA
I have been a part of the team here at the Frogs Lodge since I completed my training in 2011. I enjoy coming to work and seeing my "other family", my Frogs Lodge family. Working with children has always been my passion. Its very rewarding watching a child grow, I love the interactions with the children in my group. You watch them grow and develop into confident young humans. I love setting up Inspiring learning spaces for the children and listening to their laughs, they know how to put a smile on my face.
