This journey into Early Childhood began in 1997 where, fresh from completing my HSC, I started as a trainee at another local centre. Early childhood education has always been my passion, and the fact that my staff have remained on board with me since the establishment of The Frogs Lodge in 2007 is a true testament to our commitment to the early years. I love when I hear relieved parents comment on how important consistent educators are - you will not see a 'revolving door' of educators here at The Frogs Lodge. What you will see are mature, dedicated and trained staff who are here to help the transition for your child and family run as smooth as possible.
FRANCESCA
I have been an educator in the 3 to 5’s room at the Frogs Lodge for eleven years. The preschool age is such a precious stage in a Childs life and I’m so grateful to be a part of encouraging and moulding independent children. I love that we are a small family here and have built life long friendships with both staff and parents.
BILJANA
I have been a part of the team here at the Frogs Lodge since I completed my training in 2011. I enjoy coming to work and seeing my "other family", my Frogs Lodge family. Working with children has always been my passion. Its very rewarding watching a child grow, I love the interactions with the children in my group. You watch them grow and develop into confident young humans. I love setting up Inspiring learning spaces for the children and listening to their laughs, they know how to put a smile on my face.
